Shipping policy

We ship within the continental United States and Washington, D.C.

We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or military and diplomatic addresses (APO, FPO and DPO). We'd rather say so here than have the checkout surprise you.

Orders over $50 ship free within the continental United States. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and charged at cost — we don't add a margin to shipping.

Shipping for Panal, Torcaza and El Mirador works the same way.

We roast once a week, on Sunday mornings. Orders that come in by Saturday go into that week's roast and leave our base in Massachusetts the following Monday. Anything that arrives after Saturday goes into the next week's roast.

Every bag has its roast date printed on it, so you always know exactly how fresh your coffee is.

Transit time once your order ships is calculated at checkout along with the cost. It depends on where you are and which carrier you pick.
